Description: Metal helmet with brim. In the interior is an adjustable cloth band, and rubber stamp stating "Property U.S. Government O.C.D. 29" It is 12 3/4 inches across from rim to rim.
Size: about 6½ inches tall.
History of Object: Air raid helmet issued to Mrs. H. E. Stutter, 1045½ Regent Street, Alameda, Calif., during World War II. She was an air raid warden.
