History of Object: Folder with documents found in the attic of City Hall in the 1990s. Documents in this folder pertain to house move permits, including relating to proposed move of a house on the old Borax Works (various numbers, incl. #79-45), which was in the end marked as delipidated instead; a photo attached to a request (#79-44) by George H. Noble, 1421 Broadway, regarding a move from a house on NE corner Everett/Santa Clara to Webb street; the attempt and controversy about move of an old two-story house, with blueprint (#79-40), owned by Estelle Gray, to Haight street near fourth street which had bungalows built by C.L. Traver & Son, 2315 Santa Clara Ave (various, including #79-33); the move of Salvatore Cermelli's house, with drawing of 'Cirrmelli' grocery store (#79-42) from 2315 Central to Lincoln between Park and Everett; and the move of a house (used as office for W.
