History of Object: Police manual found among documents in the attic of City Hall, prior to renovations in the 1990s. Manual containing Rules and Regulations, and Miscellaneous Information, such as expectations for work, location of Police boxes and signal lights, etc. Includes a few rules which suggest there was only 1 policewoman on the force. Adopted: July 1, 1934, Don C. McMillan, City Manager.
