Avera of 3261 Garfield Ave. A is a receipt of recording charges for a Deed of Reconveyance; B. is a letter returning the handwritten notes (on the back of stationery of the Ohio Varnish Company, where W.T. Avera was employed) and other documents, to wit: Deed of Reconveyance of September 13, 1926 (87.17.14), Deed dated March 3, 1921 (87.17.13), Royal Insurance Company Policy of fire insurance No. D 125592 (not found in collection), and title insurance policy No. 155366 (87.17.15).
