History of Object: Envelope addressed to Mrs. L.W.C. Tripp, 1270 Weber Street, Alameda, Calif. The return address states: W.F. Chipman, 625 Market, St., S.F. Mrs. Tripp and W.F. Chipman were the children of W.W. Chipman, co-founder of the city of Alameda.
