Binder bound with brads with folded-over cover of blue faux-leather, with embossed gold-colored escutcheon of a tree, encircled with the legend ‘National Congress of Parents and Teachers, 1897’. Inside elaborately decorated page states: ‘Publicity Record of the Haight-Franklin P.T.A. 1947 (attempt at correction)-1948, District 16th, Alameda Council. Contains newspaper clippings organized chronologically by month.

Publicity Record binder of the Haight Franklin PTA for 1947-1948. Includes a declaration sheet, handwritten index, and clippings starting in April 1946. Last clippings date from February 1947. Appears to have been compiled by PTA president Mrs. C.R. Bartilini.
