Meyers, Consulting Architect. Front has a number of stamped signatures of C. E. Hickok. Subsequent pages are dated October 1924. Size backing: L 12” x W 18 1/4” History of Object: Full set of blueprints for the Posey Tube, owned by City Engineer, and later City Manager C. E. Hickok.
