5/11/2020 MvL: current label: RECEPTION CHAIR from the parlor furniture of Caroline Chipman Dwinelle, the widow of William W. Chipman, co-founder of the City of Alameda. Caroline Street was named after her and she, in turn, named three streets after classical composers, namely Verdi, Mozart and Weber Streets. It was on Weber Street that she resided.
