Description: Manila Legal size file folder with papers. Each document has a number written on the back in black ink, and the folder has the range: 1251-1300. Each document also has been stamped on the back with 'Received' and a date.

History of Objects: Documents relating to misc. city improvements including wells, lighting, roads. Item 1275 includes 3 different rate charts for electric power and a list of buildings on Park St. with various types of lighting; Item 5 - has J.R. Knowland’s signature on a bond; Item 14, a handwritten suggestion to name a park after George Washington; Item 1288 - memoriam for E. Minor Smith, Accessor, who was replaced by Fred Croll; Item 1299 - blueprints for wharf and bunker for Powell Bros.
