A key serves both to unlock the clock's door and wind it. The door has a circular glass and printed dial. The dial is printed on a square shaped metal panel, the numbers are in black and Roman numerals. This eight-day spring clock is attributed to the Waterbury Clock Co. of Waterbury, CT. Size: H-5 1/2” x W-10 1/2” History of Object: An early-American clock that belonged to the Charles Martin family of 1419 Mound St., Alameda. Acquired from: Estate of Nancy Martin Date: 03/18/2017
