The plaque appears to be unsigned. In turn, the plaque is framed in an elaborate carved Baroque-style frame of gold leafed gesso. Size: L-14 x W-12 in. History of Object: Framed German-made porcelain plaque that was owned by Alfred and Rita Stagnaro, parents of the donor. Mr. Stagnaro had a stained glass business on Webster Street in Alameda. They resided in a home he had built in the Fernside district. Many of the stained glass windows in the Alameda bungalows are attributed to Mr. Stagnaro. Acquired from: Elrita Murphy Date: 04/09/11
