History of Object: photocopied plans for the building now at address 2226 Santa Clara Ave., built as the City Health Center in 1923. It served as basic emergency medical care / first aid center, dispensing vaccines, providing wellness checks, and even mental health services until the end of the 1960s. The plans reflect this with dedicated rooms for various medical specialist treatments, an operating room, and a recovery room with 5 beds. Currently housing the Recreation and Parks Department (ARPD). Plans used at the work site of the donor.
At this point unknown why the donor’s work has this, but there are some penciled numbers.
