History:
Real estate flyer for an auction sale of Alameda real estate by Olney & Co., auctioneers, dated July 19, 1879. Interior of the flyer has a map of Alameda and the route of the steam trains. Flyer includes map of individual lots on Park Street, Park Avenue, Alameda Avenue, Encinal Avenue, San Antonio Avenue, and San Jose Avenue.
Entire collection given to the Alameda Historical Society prior to 1971 and never catalogued. At present, housed in looseleaf binder with hard cover of imitation blackcolored leather in individual plastic sleeves.
