Has a medal pinned to it on a navy blue ribbon featuring a torch on one side, and the text 'Superior Performance of Duties ROTC Alameda High School - 2 Terms; R. Fingerson, 2D LT’. The headband has a manufacturer’s label from Hirschberg & Co., New York, with the number 7 inside a shield. B: yellow, with an insignia of a gold A on a black star on a white cross.
