History:
Real estate flyer announcing the sale of property at Mastick Park on Ninth and Nason Street bordered by Pacific Avenue. The flyer also includes an illustration of Mastick Park property and an illustration of the Mastick School Building.
Entire collection given to the Alameda Historical Society prior to 1971 and never catalogued. At present, housed in looseleaf binder with hard cover of imitation blackcolored leather in individual plastic sleeves.
