Annual report of Clifton E. Hickok, City Manager Report 1923-24. Included in the report are several interesting photographs, including Versailles Avenue, scenes of Grand and Clinton Streets at San Antonio and Paru, Police motor equipment, hook and fire ladder trucks, Park Street, main library and branch library at Webster Street, Franklin Park. (This and following reports are rebound due to the fact that original covers were water damaged.)
