Description: Mimeograph copy -purplish type on legal-size tissue paper- which is mounted (folded 1/4 part) on a brick-red sheet of construction paper, which in turn is - folded 1/4th - mounted in a olive-green folder with green and grey design on the outside cover. Has small old catalog label with number 191, and Historical Society label on the front cover, and a similar label on the letter.
Size (folder): L 12" x W 9 1/4"
History of Object: copy of a typed letter from E. Robinson to the Committee on Widening of Encinal Avenue, 1909, agreeing to sell land between Broadway and Pearl Street and to move his house and fence 25 feet northward.
