Size folder: L 14 3/4" X W 9" History of Object: Folder found in the attic of City Hall in the 1990s. The Report is titled Supplement to Report on a Proposed Additional Oakland-Alameda Tube, November 20, 1940, and was written by Wallace B. Boggs, Consulting Engineer, and John G.
