History of Object: Alameda City Police Department Annual Report for the 1966 calendar year. Prepared by City Manager, H. D. Weller, and Chief of Police, William A. Tulloh. Report includes information about crimes, staffing and services, and other police matters. In the introduction the Chief states a marked increase in the number of traffic accidents.
