Description: A partial luncheon/tea set with transfer designs that appear to be partially hand painted. The handles of the sugar bowl and the cream pitcher have a pseudo porcelain bamboo design. The objects have marks under glaze in a green reading, “T&V,” “France,” plus a red colored mark, “Covington Bros.”
