The tab states: “Miscellaneous = 1938” Size: L9" x W 14 1/2" History of Object: Miscellaneous unnumbered documents from City Hall, including: - Documents regarding saving food scraps and selling it as garbage or swill collection for feeding of hogs in 1917-1918 as part of a war effort. The City had gone in a contract with the Pacific Hog Company of San Francisco.
