Description: Folder of white paper stock imprinted in black on all sides. The front page has the message: "37th Annual Banquet Alameda Lodge No. 49, K. of P.", the date of November 11, 1916, and the names of the Toastmaster and the Committee members, all imprinted in various type fonts. A half-tone view of the lodge building is also shown, and an ornamental border outlines this page. Pages 2, 3 and 4 list charter and current members, the menu for the banquet and a financial statement, respectively. Staple holes are found along the top margin of each page.
