Where Much of Alameda's Rich Maritime History Took Place'. Front cover features a black-and-white photo which appears to be of the launching of a vessel named 'Talabot'. Inside is a map, identifying the Power House, Marina Village Center, Shipways, Relational Technology, Inc. Building, and Waterfront Park. Verso has two further black-and-white images, one of a square-rigged ship, the Lavenir, and the other showing the President Wilson and President Cleveland under construction. B. Program Flyer in black type on white, titled 'Alameda Waterfront History Day, August 13, 1988'. Sizes: L 11 x W 8 1/2 inches. History of Object: Flyer promoting newly built Marina Village. Relational Technology, Inc., was founded in 1980 by Michael Stonebreaker and Eugene Wong, commercializing a relational database software called Ingres.
