Also included are information blanks filled out by hand in ink. Size: L-5 1/4 x W-3 3/4. History of Object: A report card for Sidney Clark from Encinal School (Mastick after 1901). Sidney was the son of R. Frank Clark, an early resident of the city, residing at 1724 Alameda Ave. (which they sold in 1886). Clark was the father of Herbert D. Clark, insurance agent, and Eleanor, who eventually became the executive director of the Alameda Branch of the American Red Cross.
