History of Object: report of Alameda Power and Telecom before the Telecommunications sector was sold in 2008 after persistent losses. Report was left behind by an unidentified former City Hall staff member. Front image is of a dam and hydroelectric installation in the North Fork Stanislaus River, owned by Northern California Power Agency, from which the company got some of the power.
