Documents found in City Hall attic during remodel in the 1990s, placed in a new folder after donation to the museum in 2011. Original folder (now discarded) was labelled in black ink on the cover: “Board of Public utilities. City of Alameda". Folder contains documents and blueprints of a proposed railway tunnel under the Estuary, and evaluation of various aspects of ferry service. Includes an unused sheet of the Department of Public Utilities. Otherwise, papers appear to be preliminary notes for the report of 1937 (11.57.3)
