History of Object: Map showing the real estate development known as "Waterside Terrace," Alameda (1913). Bounded by Fairview Avenue, Fernside Blvd., and High Street. C. C. Adams & Company served as general sales agents. This was an area that came into prominence after the development of the electric lines on Fernside Blvd.
