HISTORY OF OBJECTS: A COLLECTION OF PAPERS RELATING TO 890 UNION STREET HOME OF JOSEPH A LEONARD; ERECTED IN 1896. THE PAPERS WERE COMPILED BY THE DONOR, A FORMER ONE-TIME OWNER OF 891 UNION STREET. SOME OF THE DOCUMENTS ARE RELEVANT TO THE JOHN D SIMMONS FAMILY WHO OWNED THE HOUSE IN THE 1960'S AND HAD ALTERATIONS MADE TO THE ROOF.
