Booklet, with cover of brown paper stock with caption and letterhead, fly leaf of tissue paper with impressed design of alligator-skin, and bound using a brown silk rope. Inside pages are lettered A-R and followed by tables, numbered 1-12, with text in black type, underlined in red. Has number 1847, and a stamp, Filed, with Nov 21, 1911, and signed F.E. Browning.

Report, with cover letter from the Finance Committee of the City Council of Alameda, titled ‘Examination of Municipal Electric Light Plant of the city of Alameda’, for Mayor and Council of Alameda, by Greenhood & Jansen, Certified Public Accountants, San Francisco, covering Fiscal years 1910 and 1911. Includes spreadsheets of expenditure, revenue, taxes, depreciation, etc. It is the 2nd oldest municipal power company in the USA.
Report was among the files started during tenure of City Clerk F.E. Browning, and found in the attic of City Hall during renovation in the 1990s. It was extracted from the range of files in 11.36.11.
