(b) The Board of Medical Examiners of the State of California medical license printed in black ink on white paper with brown ink detailing, plus a gold seal.
Size: L-16 3/4 x W-14 in.
Both items are fitted side-by-side within a celluloid folder with a tan paperboard backing.
History of Object: Medical license of Dr. Harold A. Miller whose office was located at 1505 Webster St. (per the 1912 Alameda City Directory), and who resided at 740 Santa Clara Avenue, together with a photo of Cooper Medical College (a predecessor of Stanford Medical School) located at Sacramento and Webster Sts., San Francisco.
