Acc.No. 82.15.1 Subject Category: Hotel Alameda Date or period: Late 1920's Object: Light Fixture Description: Light fixture in the form of a six sided lantern, with ornate grill work of pot metal, top and bottom of lantern composed of fancy wrought iron curlicues. Fixture illuminated by six light bulbs in the form of candles. Size, 40 inches in length, 12 inches across base. Fixture now suspended by wrought iron bracket not original to design. Original History of Object: Light fixture from Alameda Hotel, grand staircase, Broadway entrance.
