A study by Ralph A. Tudor, Chief Engineer, Division of San Francisco Bay Toll Crossings of two additional toll crossings. A) alongside the existing Bay Bridge called the Parallel Bridge; B) from Army St. in San Francisco to Fifth St., Alameda continuing with a tube under the estuary to Oakland, known as the Southern Crossing.
