Abstract of Title on the Marshlands, North side of Encinal San Antonio (Alameda). The accompanying letter is addressed to E. Minor Smith, City Assessor, from Charles E. Wilson, Attorney, San Francisco. The letter is dated April 24, 1885 and makes reference to the Abstract of Title.
Document was given to the Alameda Historical Society prior to 1971 and never catalogued.
