History of Object: Clipping of title and one-column article from the San Francisco Cal., Sunday, August 30, 1925, describing the move of Ida McCauley, ragpicker, who lived in a building that once housed the clam-cocktail dispensary of Hop Lung. The building, and others owned by Chinese who had found housing here after the 1906 earthquake fires, had to be demolished to make place for the Posey Tunnel.
