Original pencil sketch on paper. Subject appears to be a dilapidated barn. Artist signature on the left-hand corner, "August Euler, Nov. 5th, 1893." On the right-hand side, lower bottom, "Alameda High Street Station." The penciled sketch is matted with tan-colored cardboard.
Size: L11-1/2" x W14".
History:
Sketch appears to be drawn by a professional artist and depicts the High Street Station (railroad stop for the steam trains). The buildings portrayed are unrecognizable. Could use additional research for information about the artist.
