History of Objects: A blueprint likely from the attic of the Office of H.G. or C.G. Mehrtens, real estate brokers. Looking at houses on corner lots, 1800 Pacific (corner Union), built 1924, matches the blueprint, except that there is a double garage, and it is (now) a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, instead of 2 bd, 1 bath, house. 1800 Pacific Ave dates from 1924.
