Pocket accessory, of carved bone or ivory consisting of riveted oblong case with letter opener, ear wax remover, and fingernail cleaner. Motif of deer being chased by hunting dog on upper side of case.

Pocket accessory in scrimshaw work owned by the Toye family, early residents of the East end.
