This folder contains miscellaneous documents relating to the Police Department: quote for a Harley Davidson Police bike with reduction in price for hand-in of a damaged one, from Dudley Perkins, Oakland, to Police Chief Verne Smith (1931); 1930-1931 Police Annual Report; Instruction to Chief Smith from City Manager B. Ray Fritz to remove sirens from Commissioner Lee Cavanaugh’s private car (1935); promotional material for the 1936 Ford line of cars and trucks (Nov. 1935) and 1936 quotes for cars to the Chief of Police by Dietz Motor Company (Ford Dealer, Park at Buena Vista), Wetmore Chevrolet (2424 Santa Clara), Harry Bischoff (Dodge & Plymouth, 2436 Santa Clara); invoice for balance on a Plymouth Sedan from Frank A.
