DESCRIPTION: Bench in unit form containing three chairs with hinge-collapsible seats. The three chairs have a common stretcher which allows seats to collapse one at a time. On the individual back of each chair there is a brass plate with the numbers 108, 109 and 110.
Size: Bench stands 34" high by 57 1/2" in total length. Each seat is 17" wide with a depth of 15 1/2".
HISTORY OF OBJECT:
Collapsible theatre chairs from the Adelphian Club. Given to the club shortly after its construction in 1908; at the time were second hand, originally being theatre seats (theatre unknown).
