Description: Two legal size mimeographed sheets of typed information in 3 columns, with each entry in the first column is the title of a piece of music - the second column has 3 names of Composers, and the third column 3 nationalities. Certain entries in the latter columns are underlined in pencil, and in front of each entry is a penciled number. At the top is are entries for Date, Grade, Teacher, and Name, filled in in pencil. A. has grade as H6, B as H7.
History of Object: Early format of multiple-choice test, for music, of Edward Fowler, student in Mrs. Walker's Class of Lincoln Elementary School. Edward was a student in H6 and H7 grade at Lincoln School in 1932.
