Lady's hat, with brim of colored felt. Top of hat is covered in brown colored fur with pair of matching hat pins. It has the original label, which states, "Mae Niedt, Oakland, California" and is secured by brown colored felt straps.
History:
The hat was worn by Catherine Askewold, a longtime resident of 1240 Hawthorne Street.
