No. 222', and again in ink (different handwriting than the first two lines): Per Res of. Int. No 246.' Upside down, in paper, is written in pencil: 'Oct. 13th 1872'.

Filed, Nov. 5 1888 and again March 11, 1889, by James Millington, City Clerk.
