History of Objects: Collated Editions of the later editions of the Alameda Times-Star. The paper was first published in 1909 and absorbed the Alameda Daily Argus in 1913. The last edition of this collection was in 1998 [needs confirmation]. Earlier editions were bound in hard-bound books and are cataloged as a collection under 2024.35.3.
Date of donation is unknown, at least before 2019. A number of these papers may have been donated to the Alameda Museum by the Alameda Free Library, at some point in time after the books were scanned for microfiche.
