No. 24.4.12 Subject Category: Homes of Alameda Date or Period: 1932 Object: Blueprint Description: Single blueprint of the front elevation of a Spanish-style house with arched picture window with flagstone detailing underneath, tiled roof, balconies, porch with arches and metal railings, and garage. Dated 6/18/32, no other information, but with partial stamp on the front, and stamped on reverse with stamp from C.G. Mehrtens. Size: L 20” x W 13 3/4” History of Object: blueprint for an unidentified house. However, a close mirror image version exists on 2720 Clay St. That neighborhood has a number of Spanish style homes with some variations on this theme.
