Description: Single blueprint of the front elevation of a Spanish-style house with arched picture window with flagstone detailing underneath, tiled roof, balconies, porch with arches and metal railings, and garage. Dated 6/18/32, no other information, but with partial stamp on the front, and stamped on reverse with stamp from C.G. Mehrtens.

History of Object: blueprint for an unidentified house. However, a close mirror image version exists on 2720 Clay St. That neighborhood has a number of Spanish style homes with some variations on this theme. Part of a donation of objects found in the attic of 1536 Webster, former location of offices of C.G. Mehrtens.
