Description: Legal size manila file folders, with documents, each with an orange-bordered label on the tab with an address or description. They are sorted alphabetically based on (first) Street name or word from description, and have a number and / or letter(s), added in pencil. Each folder includes a letter from the secretary of the planning commission; D. Elmer Dyer (1934-1939); except S.G. Blood, 1936; Loreme R. Beatie (acting in 1937, and 1939-1940); the secretary of the Planning Board appears to have been the City Clerk.

History of Object: Folder found in the attic of City Hall in the 1990s.
This number contains folders with temporary permit applications, which after having been vetted by the Planning Board, were sent to the council, 1934-1939. The folders were given a sequence letter in 2011.
