Description: A card of gray stock with rounded corners and black pre-printed text, with heading 'Neptune Beach Alameda', with in red printed 1800 in the right top corner, and in contour print '1920'. Added by hand in black ink: 'H.H. Chrisman' and in a different hand: Amerbelty [?]. Verso has a list of conditions for validity of the permit.
Size: L 2 1/2" x W 4".
History of Object: 1920 Year's Pass to Neptune Beach for H.H. Chrisman. Hal Chrisman was a mail carrier for the Alameda Post Office.
