History of Object:
Flyer and note that were part of a folder, #510, found in the attic of City Hall. Real estate flyer for the public auction of 36 lots in Alameda offered by William J. Dingee, to be held June 10, 1893 of property on Weber and Caroline Streets, Kings Avenue (now known as San Antonio), Louisa Street (now known as Fair Oaks) and Central Avenue. The note proposes possible names for a train station in this neighborhood, 'Encinal', 'Encinal Park', 'Dwinelle', as there were plans to rename the station with the proposed naming of an 'Encinal Terminals' station.
