This folder holds miscellaneous correspondence regarding City Automobiles: 1948 City Manager Carl Froerer not buying a power sweeper and 1921 City Manager Hewes not needing a truck; 1931 Dietz Motor Company getting a written concession to fix any City Ford cars, on stationery showing the new brick building on Park at Buena Vista (today home of ‘the Market Place’ shops); 1933 solicitation for brake repair work by Wheel and Brake Service, Park Ave. at Central Ave; on cars; 1920 complaint about car damage caused by the High Street Bridge Tender, which was a County responsibility; 1923 Automobile repair bills from E.C. Dick, 2408 Central; and Alameda Transfer Co., 2406 Lincoln.
