Eight (8) page typewritten report contained in pale pink colored paper coverlet secured by staple. Coverlet has bold printed caption "Report of Louisa Street Commission".
Size: L 13 3/4 W 8 1/2 inches
History: Report of Assessment of Benefits and Damages for opening and extending Louisa Street now known as Fair Oaks. The report was created for the Board of Trustees, City of Alameda. It also includes a listing of owners affected by the opening. The document was filed by James Millington, City Clerk, and adopted March 1, 1894.
The following collection was found in the attic of Alameda City Hall and constitutes original documents of the City. The collection was given to the Alameda Historical Museum to clear attic space pursuant to the restoration of the building which took place in the late 1990's.
