Most articles appear to have been clipped from the Alameda Times-Star. Tucked inside the back cover are a few loose letter-sized memorandums. Size: L 14 1/4” x W 11 1/2” x H 2” History of Object: Scrapbook of DORIC Development Inc. with news articles about development projects the company was involved in, such as housing on Bay Farm Island and South Shore Alameda. One of the memorandums discusses and dismisses the establishment of a Ferry from Bay Farm Island. Another discusses ‘Measure A’ passing from the point of the opposite (losing) side. A third lists rezoning meetings with Don Johnson, City Planner, and Ron Cowan, founder and CEO of DORIC.
